Garden in Spring

April is THE BEST month to go to our secret garden. So, I of course went with my camera and since Edwin is a much better walker now, he got to enjoy it in a whole new way and it was perfect. And as usual, we were the only ones there!

So, here are a whole lot of photos.

 Do these rocks remind anyone else of the trolls in Frozen?

Edwin was the perfect height for the maze because he couldn't see over the hedges, so I would run and surprise him at the exits and he thought it was amusing.

 I was super impressed that his walking had become more steady. Going downhill on gravel, he eventually toppled over and got a good head scrape.

  I don't care what anyone says...when a baby starts to walk...it is the best thing ever. He is so much happier and my back and arms are so relieved!

 I just love Miles' sweet little face in this one...

 And now that the sun is out, we will be going back soon! Hooray for perfect little sanctuaries!
