Another fun outing that we were able to do just before everything shut down. My cousin invited Edwin and me to the zoo with her and her youngest son. It was a bit chilly but the zoo was nearly empty and so many of the animals were out so it was a super successful outing. And I haven't been to the zoo in awhile since it's kinda stressful with all the boys. It was a dream just having Edwin to chase. I was even able to chat with my cousin instead of chasing down little boys!
Edwin picked out an elephant hat for the zoo, I don't even think he's ever worn that hat, nor do I know where it came from, but he felt very strongly that it needed to be the one he wore to the zoo!
Edwin told me later that the penguins were his favorite animal at the zoo!
The had these art displays all throughout the zoo, that were made from trash collected from the ocean.
