The Giving Tree

On this homeschool day, the boys decided to read The Giving Tree, in a tree. 

I still have mixed feelings about that book. I kinda love it and kinda hate it. 

Here is Miles "reading" but mostly reciting from memory. 

That all! It was  good reminder for me to enjoy this time when tree climbing is life and they aren't asking for boats or houses or girlfriends...
