Some photo dumping for May. Mostly cute pictures of Walter.
Miles was solving a Math equation I put on the board...and it turned into a family disco dance party.
We went on a walk
He fell asleep and I enjoyed watching his cheeks jiggle.
Geology
Finding ways to play together
Using the fancy glasses
The chickens would run to the window when I opened it, waiting for snacks
Too big for his swing
We were finally able to go inside the library and we decided to bring the whole wagon. We missed the library so much.
Charlie finished one of his math books. (he's finished a couple more since then)
I think I found this picture of my mom with her siblings and parents somewhere on the internet and I loved it. My mom is the one in the red, white, and blue striped tank top.
May flowers. It's always fun to gather the flowers from the yard. My boys are getting pretty good at making bouquets.
Still plugging away doing school
Our friends had somewhat recently moved and we got to go visit their new house and it is so majestic. They had a whole castle and a stream and a zipline and we had hours of fun!
Making candy crystals for geology
We have felt that Walter looked the most like Charlie...here is a comparison photo. (now that Walter is a little older, he definitely has his own look)
More from his silly snacks class.
All the boys in the hammock,
Max brought these home after working at our new house. (which is our current house) These are my grandmas roses and some of the most fragrant roses I've ever smelled.
working so hard on his sitting skills...which took him awhile to master.
Emmett had his birthday party at our house and it was a roaring good time.
We went down to the charter school for state testing and only Charlie had to do the test so we waited for him and played games.

Then we went back to cousins house to play with baby bunnies.
Charlie wakes up in a much better mood when Walter is the one to wake him.
PE
Cruising through his math
More in our friend's enchanted yard.
After a diaper explosion, he had to wear some of brother's clothes.
More trips down to see cousins and have a park play day with Everett and Miles' teacher.
Everett slacked with style!!
And more playtime at cousins house.
I don't think he had ever had top ramen before and he loved it.
This was the best. Miles and Everett were on a team and they were trying to decided what to do without anyone else knowing and they had a very intense conversation with their eyes.
Back to geology....studying through the microscope.
We got to crack open some geodes which was a highlight of our geology unit.
Silly snacks class
I think this flower is called...."Someone really just wanted chocolate and strawberries"
Dad taught PE. They did relay races and Max timed how fast they could run a lap, thinking that we'd go back and do it again...we have yet to do it.
On Memorial day we had a barbecue with my dad and uncle at our soon-to-be new house.
Miles found this tiny rose in the yard.
and told me to put it in my hair....Apparently I was really sweaty
And that was our glorious May.
