Family demolition date and grilled Cheese

This was just a quick little family night but it has a lot of photos in my phone so I thought I would document it in its own post. We have still been working away at our real estate business. We had some things slow us down like our first two houses needed a bunch of permits but we are making great progress and now have 4 houses in our possession. Thanks to Max's diligent hard work the houses are making serious headway and some should be on the market by Thanksgiving time. Anyway, The boys love to go to work with daddy and help with demolition. On this particular day, we all went. There really is no need for us to lift a hammer but what fun is that to our little boys? We went to one of the project houses and let the boys hammer at a wall that was going to come down anyway. It is seriosuly the best and it makes them so happy. It was also my first time seeing this particular property so it is fun ot visualize the transformation. (Which has been well on its way since we had this outing) Anyway....photos.

Boys!!

After our little outing, (and after we made a decent hole in the wall) we went and checked out another house that was close then made our way to Grilled Cheese Grill. This is where Max and I went on our anniversary weekend and we've wanted to take our boys back ever since.  They loved playing and eating on the bus. I still had a little hesitation about eating on a bus since I personally know how disgustingly dirty they can me. I'd like to think that since this is a restaurant, there are some sort of cleanliness codes...but from appearance, it didn't really seem that way. Oh well...it is a very Portland outing.

And that's all from our little outing.

  1. I REALLY would like to hammer a wall down right now! My hormones are on over drive and all I want to do is SMASH SOMETHING. And eat a grilled cheese sandwich.
