We kept the tradition and spent Mother's day exploring the beauty of this earth and taking mother/son photos! But before I get to that, we enjoyed a wonderful slow Sunday morning a wonderful church service where the boys sang some songs about mothers (And they were much better behaved this time as opposed to their Easter songs, haha) Our lessons were great and then we came home to make black bean cookies and have some quiet nap time. It has been about a month now so I'm having a hard time remembering all the details. Miles surprised me with a pencil holder he made at school. And Max and the boys gave me a really exciting label maker! haha! I've been wanting one for years and its a pretty great one! Anyway, as the sun was setting we decided to go to the grassy fields behind the Tigard Library. It's our preferred library even though it's out of our district. It's where Max and I had our wedding reception too! Anyway, the sunny fields were pretty great!
And of course the boys requested to take some pictures.
And then there's me almost dropping my baby....
And you know I had to have fun with the dreamy light! So I got some photos of the gentlemen.
Anyway, mothering these kids is so much harder than I could have imagined! Each day is challenging, But it is amazing that I can see greatness in each day.

I love the picture of your legs. and as always all your pictures are amazing.
