October Photo Dump

And here are some of our day-to-day activities throughout October that were apparently worth a photo but not worth a whole blog post.

More Homeschool games. Charlie was teaching Foxy...who he lost last spring and it has been quite sad, he's loved that thing for many many years. I may have found some on eBay that will make his way for his birthday!

I find a lot of photos like this from Miles..he also leaves me little comedy sketch videos. He's a clown.

I went to get my hair cut for my birthday, from a real salon (I don't do this very often as i'm so cheap) ! It was a lovely experience... This is a before and after.
My after is a quick selfie in the parking lot. I felt really awkward taking it.
We got to have another get together with my grandma to celebrate Max, My dad, and myself (Our birthdays are all within a couple weeks of each other.) We tried to make hot COVID friendly so my little brother set up video games for my boys in the backyard.

More homeschool activities. The big boys are always jealous of Edwin's activities.

We had our deck redone and the cement was exposed where we put our handprints when we moved in and Charlie was a baby. It was then destroyed as we didn't need the cement for our new deck.

Shaving Cream painting!

Boys added glitter!

We made sure to go to all the monkey bars on the week we were studying primates!

"Edwin, what sound does "B" make?"  Edwin-"Buzz!!"

Max decided to try a new skill and tan a coyote hyde.

Edwin really didn't do that much school work. I apparently just thought it was the cutest so he got the most pictures.

Deck progress

Not sure who has more energy, these are my ADHD boys!

Some Fall crafting

Edwin's turned into a mud puddle, which is pretty accurate for Portland

We went on a bike ride. Edwin is used to using his balance bike so he felt really uncomfortable on this bigger bike, even with the training wheels.

So it took us a really long time to do this 2 mile loop.

We had lots of stops with pretty scenery.

And dropped lots of little helicopter leaves over the edge.

they kept zooming up ahead, then coming back while I moseyed along with Edwin.

Melting Snowman cookies.

Chicken love. This is Shimmer...she sadly got sicker and sicker (and bullied by the other chickens) and then she died a couple months ago.

Pretty deck, getting close to being done.

Letter C

Such a big belly.

Identifying Mammals by their tracks.

They're all wearing Edwin's glasses, not really sure why.

A trip to the park after picking up books from the library.
Letter D, I'll have you know that these crafts stopped abruptly after Walter was born and we only got to the letter G (Goat)

Practicing spelling + Yoga.

Chubby Baby face.

My clumsy self tripped and fell on my stomach again so I had to be monitored again. Luckily all is well with our healthy baby boy!

Aboriginal art after studying marsupials.

And that was October! I will not get a full year behind on our blog!!
