March 2021
And March was filled with field trips and outings to enjoy the beginning of spring. Many of those events will be their own post, but here's a photo dump of the day-to-day.
We would go over and do yard work at our future house most weekends.
We got a new dining room table and then foolishly saved the styrofoam for the kids to "be creative" with. It turned out so poorly. This was when we were trying to get all ready to go for a beach trip but we had to spend most of the morning cleaning. Thankfully, Charlie remembered we had a shop vac which helped tremendously!
Walter started to enjoy his doorjamb bouncer. (I just recently learned jamb in door jamb has a b...thank you homeschool!)
Edwin was generally not too interested in holding Walter so I had to document the times he was interested.
Water bead Science
He had finished his level K language arts. (a couple weeks ago he finished another)
Feeling his first Spring!!
Miles and Charlie enjoying the silly snacks class
And the Mad Science class
Got to go on a lovely walk with my little guy!
More brotherly love that needed to be documented.
There's nothing like a long winter that makes you so grateful to be outside again.
Outdoor school.
Making a water wheel
More from Charlie's Mad Science class
Mornign walk to the park with my little guys.
Everyone joins in on the silly snacks class.
Mad science
Walter wanted all the snuggles from his brothers.
And Max had gone over to help my uncle clean out my grandma's house. This is a sneak peak of some progress in the basement. (It's way more cleaned out now, but when Max took this photo last year, this was huge progress that you could actually see the floor)
And this is progress of the yard after we had cleaned up a lot of blackberry bushes. A lot grew back over the summer but we are making steady progress.
And that's a glimpse of March but we had many fun adventures that I will write about next.
